Questions about the e-books

  • Click on the "Free E-Books" tab on our home page.
  • Find out your desired e-book now and click "Quick View"
  • Select the desired language and click on "Add to cart"
  • Then click on "Checkout"
  • Fill the form. Please pay attention to a correct spelling!
  • Click "Next for payment"
  • Click "Pay Now"
  • You now receive your download link on the website.

The completion of our e-books usually takes 4-5 weeks. Our e-books are regularly revised to provide you with the latest documentation for the product.

Caution! If an e-book does not exist in your language, please download the English version because it is usually available earlier.

Questions about our products

Sold out products are usually available again in the next 2-4 weeks.

However, we recommend that you look past our shop several times because the times given above may vary.

You can enter your VAT ID in the billing address behind your company name. An extra field does not exist.

Just send us a screenshot of the shopping cart to our customer service. Please let us know your customer number as well as billing and delivery address.

Caution! The minimum order value is at 100 € net.

after the order

After your order has been received from us, you will receive your invoice by e-mail within 48 hours. You will receive the invoice to the e-mail address specified by you in the order.

Caution! If you have not received your invoice after expiration of the 48 hours, please contact our customer service.

After your order has left our house, you get a shipping confirmation. In the shipping confirmation you will find a tracking number with which you can pursue your shipment.

Caution! Should the place of delivery outside Germany, it can often come to tracking mistakes. In this case we ask for patience. If the package will not arrive at our customer service within 7 working days, please contact our customer service and give us your concern as well as your order number and delivery address.

An order change is Not possible. However, you can cancel the order via our customer service should not be shipped yet. If the order is already shipped, a cancellation is no longer possible.

If one or more of their products are clearly defective or faulty, please contact our customer service directly. Describe us in a short message to your concerns. We ask you the Order number as delivery address to attach the message regarding a subsequent delivery. Our order number always looks like this from "AZ-XXX .." or "xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx"
