Important notes and disclaimer
Please read the instructions for use before they build up our products or in operation.
Our products are only designed for development tasks, research and teaching! They are themselves responsible for compliance with the technical regulations.
When dealing with products that come into contact with electrical voltage, the valid VDE regulations must be observed, in particular VDE 0100, VDE 0550/0551, VDE 0700, VDE 0711 and VDE 0860. Always pull the power plug before opening a device or make sure that the device is currentless. Components, assemblies or devices may only be put into service if they have been installed in a housing in a contactsafe manner beforehand. During the installation, they must be currentless.
Tools may only be used on devices, components or assemblies if it is ensured that the devices are disconnected from the supply voltage and that electrical charges stored in the components in the device have been previously discharged.
Voltage-carrying cables or cables that connect the device, the component or the assembly must always be examined for insulation defects or breakage points. If a fault is detected in the feed line, the device must be immediately taken out of operation until the defective line has been replaced. In the case of the use of components or assemblies, it is always necessary to refer to the strict adherence to the characteristic data for electrical quantities mentioned in the associated description. If it is not clear from a present description for the non-industrial end user which electrical characteristic values apply to a component or an assembly, how an external wiring is to be carried out or which external components or additional devices may be connected and which connection values these external components may have, then a person skilled in the art must always be asked for information. It is generally necessary to check whether this device or assembly is in principle suitable for the application for which it is to be used, before starting a device.
In case of doubt, it is absolutely necessary to consult with experts, experts or the manufacturers of the assemblies used!
Please note that operating and connection errors are outside our sphere of influence. Understandably, we cannot accept any liability for damages resulting from it. In case of non-function, kits should be returned with a precise description of the fault (indication of what does not work, because only an exact description of the fault allows for a perfect but fee-based repair!) and the associated construction instructions as well as without housing. Time-consuming mounting or disassembly of housings must be additionally calculated for understandable reasons. Built-up kits are excluded from the exchange. In the case of installations and when dealing with mains voltage, it is absolutely necessary to observe the VDE regulations. Equipment which is operated at a voltage of more than 35 V may only be connected to the person skilled in the art. In any case, it is necessary to check whether the kit or the board is suitable for the respective application and site of use. can be used.
The person who has completed a kit or an assembly by extension or expansion, respectively. In accordance with DIN VDE 0869, housing construction is ready for operation as a manufacturer and is obliged to supply all accompanying documents when passing on the device and also to indicate his name and address. Devices which are assembled from kits themselves are to be considered as an industrial product in terms of safety.
Intended use (operating conditions)
Our modules have been developed as experimental and learning platins. They are not suitable to take over tasks in productive operation. The modules are intended for use in dry and clean rooms. Another use is not allowed.
The non-intended use of our products can damage them or destroy them, which can be done with dangers such as e.g. Short circuit; fire, electrical shock, radio interference, etc. is connected. The products must not be changed or -rebuilt. In any case, 230V mains voltage must not be connected-there is a danger of life. The assemblies may only be operated at the voltage prescribed for this purpose. In the case of equipment with an operating voltage of 35 volts or more, the final assembly may only be carried out by a person skilled in the art while complying with the VDE provisions. The operating position of the device is arbitrary.
In the installation of the equipment, it is necessary to ensure sufficient cable cross-section of the connection lines! The connected consumers are to be connected in accordance with the VDE regulations. The permissible ambient temperature (room temperature) must not be allowed during the operation 0 °C and 40 °C, or .
When condensation is formed, an acclimatisation time of up to 2 hours has to be awaited. In commercial establishments, the accident prevention regulations of the Association of Industrial Occupational Unions for Electrical Equipment and Operating Equipment must be observed.
In schools, training facilities, hobby and self-help workshops, the operation of assemblies is to be monitored by trained personnel responsible.
Do not operate the assemblies in an environment in which flammable gases, vapours or dusts are present or can be present.
If the device has to be repaired once, only original spare parts may be used! The use of deviating spare parts can lead to serious damage to property and personal injuries!
If any liquid penetrates into the device, it could be damaged thereby.
Please note that during operation of a radio module, the statutory provisions must be complied with. These rules govern the use of the channel, transmit power, etc.! The operation may only take place in free-given frequency ranges with the maximum permitted transmission power and transmission duration. Please refer to the relevant competent authority for this information. For Germany, you can find this information at www.bundesnetzagentur.de. Please note also the data sheet of the radio module manufacturer.
Liability, EMC conformity
All parts of the circuit have been carefully tested and tested. Nevertheless, of course, we cannot guarantee that everything works perfectly. In particular, we assume no liability for damage caused by post-construction, commissioning, etc. of the circuits presented on our website, or in our documentation. The person who builds the kit or the project is considered to be a manufacturer and is thus responsible for the compliance with the applicable safety and EMC directives and regulations.
If not specified otherwise, all boards, kits, modules and boards are "not CE-tested" components and are designed for installation in devices or housings. The CE standards must be complied with in the case of the application. The buyer is responsible for this.
Liability is generally excluded for damages caused by incorrect construction, directly or indirectly. Claims for damages, which do not affect the injury of life, body or health, are excluded if they are not based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Insofar as we are liable, our liability does not include such damage, which could not be expected to be typically expected. Liability and claims for damages are limited to the order value/component value. In the case of the delivery of third-party products as well as software, the special license or other conditions of the manufacturer shall apply beyond these conditions.
